ABSTRACT:
A non-profit organization in association is a legal and regulated way to raise resources and conduct activities for the public good. While a non-profit organization offers an excellent opportunity to advance social and community goals, its establishment and management involve many challenges, especially in the areas of management, resource mobilization, and compliance with legal requirements. Therefore, it is important to carefully consider the advantages and disadvantages and examine whether the legal structure of a non-profit organization is the most suitable for the organization’s goals . Background to the Difficulties of Absorption Ethiopian non-profit organizations were established to deal with many challenges of absorption, integration, and cultural preservation.
